2) In Paragraph No.27, the date '2nd August 2002' is erroneously typed instead of '2nd August 2022'. After effecting the said correction, Paragraph No.27 of the said order would read as under :- "27. At this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner intends to challenge the present 1/2

3) The order dated 20th December, 2024 is corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the order will be uploaded on the official of Bombay High Court.

4) Praecipe dated 20th December, 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
