Present writ petition seeks a writ of mandamus against the SRA directing them to take appropriate action on the complaint made by the petitioner-Society with respect to construction which it claims to be illegal and which is being done in the premises of one of its member. By a letter dated 23rd August, 2023, the SRA had referred the said complaint to its competent authority requesting to consider the said complaint and pass necessary orders thereon. However, it appears that till date the competent authority has not considered the said complaint. The competent authority is hereby directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said Amk 1/2
