By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 - The Registrar of Companies, to take appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaints dated 16th March, 2022, 20th December, 2022, 5th April, 2023 and 4th September, 2024 as against the respondent No.2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has tendered a copy of the decision taken by the respondent No.1. The said decision dated 12th March, 2025 is taken on record. 3.

Since the respondent No.1 has decided the petitioner's complaints, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. 4.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps on the basis of the decision communicated by the respondent No.1.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the allegations made by the petitioner or with respect to the decision taken by the respondent No.1 and as such, keep all contentions of all parties open. 7.
