Mr. Shetty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the relief prayed for in this Petition is to direct the Respondent No.1-Special Recovery and Sales Officer and others to act on the recovery certificate dated 13th April 2022 and on the Notice before attachment dated 27th June 2023 in terms of the communication dated 22nd November PMB

915.wp.750-2025.doc 2023 of the Respondent No.1 and recover the outstanding amount as mentioned in the demand notice dated 29th May 2023.

Respondent No.1 is represented through their counsel. Accordingly, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 says that the recovery proceedings will be taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously.

In the light of the statement made by Respondent No.1 that they are proceeding with the recovery and that necessary steps to take the same to the logical conclusion will be taken expeditiously, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
