DATE: DECEMBER 1, 2025 P. C.
1.
This Writ Petition challenges to Order dated 4th May, 2022 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar (Respondent No.2). It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 that, under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, an alternate remedy of Revision is available to the Petitioner.
2.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said remedy will not be efficacious enough as Respondent No.2, after recording the submissions of the Petitioner, has not recorded findings in respect thereof. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 disputes this position.
