By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Respondent No.1-National Company Law Tribunal to expeditiously hear and decide the Petitioner's Company Petition bearing No. Company Petition (IB)/130/9/(MB)/NCLT/2018. 3.
The grievance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that although on 11th September 2023, the said Petition was reserved for orders, however till date no orders have been passed. Gaikwad RD 1/2

Perused the order dated 11th September 2023. The said order reads thus:
"Adv. Akhil Sarathy & Adv. Adv. Ranveer Chapekar i/b Thodur Law Associates for OC. None for CD.
Heard the Counsel for OC for a considerable time and Reserved for Orders"

Considering that it is the only relief sought for by the Petitioner, we request the NCLT, Mumbai Bench, Court-VI to pass necessary orders on the said Company Petition as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner to place our order before the concerned NCLT, Mumbai Bench, Court-VI to enable the NCLT, Mumbai Bench to pass appropriate orders. 7.
The Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 8.
