The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners will initiate steps to make a proper representation to the Corporation and/or the developer, praying for the redevelopment of the property. 2.

In view of the above statement, it is prayed that these Petitions be disposed off and that the Corporation be called upon to deal with such representation, expeditiously.

The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that if the Petitioners make such representation and make out a case under any provision of law, the Corporation would follow the due procedure and deal with the same without delay.
