By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent No.2 to adjudicate the stamp duty on the impounded Agreement for Sale/Transfer dated 25th June 2014 in respect of Flat No. 1802, One India Tower (more particularly mentioned in the matching statement filed before the MHADA). 1/3

Learned A.G.P, on instructions, states that the petitioner's application has been decided by the Collector on 17th December 2024.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned A.G.P, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the remedies as may be available to the petitioners by filing appropriate appeal before the Appellate Authority.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits, open.
