The learned Senior Advocate for the Respondent/Municipal Corporation has tendered an affidavit, placing the decision taken during the pendency of these petitions is placed on record. During the oral arguments, it has transpired that each of the Petitioners have different stand as to the subsequent decision taken. It would be therefore, appropriate that the Petitioners file a note as regards their comment/stand on the subsequent decision. Stand over to 4 April 2024.
