Mr Gandhi states that at the time when this Interim Application was filed, the applicant had an offer of Rs. AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2025.09.26 12:42:36 +0530 67,00,000/- for the sale of attached flat. However, he says that the offer no longer stands. He seeks three weeks time to see any other offer is possible.

If not, we will consider this Interim Application should be disposed of with liberty to the applicant to reapply once any offer is received.
