At the request of Ms. Jejeebhoy, learned counsel for respondent no.1 to place on record a reply affidavit as also to take instructions in the light of the observations of the Court in its order dated 26 March, 2024, the purport of which is to have free and fair elections in the teachers constituency as also weed out the complications at the end of the Election Officer, we had made suggestions in paragraph 5 of our order. We accordingly adjourn the proceedings to 24 April, 2024 (first on board). 2.
