This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 11th March, 2025.

The surname and appearance of the learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation is wrongly spelled and wrongly mentioned as "AGP". As such, the correction be carried out as under :

"Mr.Shivprasad D. Borade for the Respondent - Municipal Corporation."

We have recorded in paragraph 4 that, "Respondents

It is now stated that the learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation had sought an adjournment to file a reply. 5.

First of all, it is difficult for us to recollect as to whether such a request was made on 28th February, 2025 in this matter. However, the fact remains that we have issued Rule and made it returnable forthwith, with the consent of the parties. The matter was reserved for judgment. As such, this motion to the extent of this issue, is not entertained.

The correction be carried out accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded.

Motion is disposed off.
