1] It is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that Interim Application No.535 of 2025 has been kept for hearing before the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal at 3.30 P.M. Parties shall cooperate in consideration and disposal of the aforesaid Interim Application. Pendency of this writ petition shall not be construed as hurdle in considering the prayers made in the Interim Application. All contentions can be urged therein.

2] In case, an interim relief is refused to the petitioner, the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall take into consideration the fact that notice dated 17/03/2025 has been issued by the Court Commissioner scheduling possession of the secured asset on 05/04/2025 at 9.00 A.M. The Tribunal shall take into consideration this aspect so as to safeguard the interest of the parties.
