A letter dated 06/03/2026 has been received from the Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai (DRT), seeking an extension of time to decide the pending original applications and securitisation applications. By an order dated 10/11/2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 1144 of 2025, this Court had granted time of four months to dispose of the said pending applications.

The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 informs this Court that the hearing on the applications has been completed and that the DRT has kept the proceedings for judgment tomorrow.
