Mr. Vishal Thadani, learned Addl. GP appearing for the State submits that the order dated 11th July, 2005 issued by the Collector, Mumbai Sub-Urban District has already been implemented in so far as non-agricultural land is concerned, but for the agricultural land the Petitioner will have to apply for conversion of the land only whereafter, entry in the mutation record can be made. The learned AGP, however, seeks four weeks time to bring reply on record.

Dr. Sathe, learned senior counsel has circulated draft amendment on behalf of the Petitioner, which is marked "X" for identification.

The prayer for amendment stands allowed. The Writ Petition be amended in terms of draft amendment within two weeks. Thereafter, copy of amended Writ Petition be served upon the Respondents who shall be at liberty to file reply within four weeks thereafter.
