P.C.:- 1) Learned AGP on instructions from the Collector of Mumbai Suburban submitted that, name of the Petitioner has been mutated in the property Register by the City Survey Officer as far as land bearing CTS No.22 situated at Village Powai admeasuring 17499.9 Sq.mts. 2) Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, in view of the said mutation of name of the Petitioner, the prayers in the Petition are worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition. 3) Petition is partly allowed and accordingly disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
