The Petitioner was suspended on 1st June, 2024 on an allegation of dereliction in duties. He was reinstated on 10th September, 2024. The suspension allowance has still not been paid. Now it is stated that the charge-sheet is prepared, but still not served. The suspension allowance will be paid in the first week of October, 2025.

We are posting this Petition for disposal on 25th September, 2025. We direct the Municipal Corporation to serve the chargesheet on the Petitioner on 25th September, 2025. We further direct that interest @ 6% per annum on the suspension allowance, shall Gitalaxmi

16-WP-1298-2025.odt be paid from the date it became payable in each month, till it is paid on or before 5th October, 2025. If the suspension allowance with interest is not paid on or before 5th October, 2025, liberty to the Petitioner to prefer a Contempt of Court proceeding. 3.

Stand over to 25th September, 2025 in the "Urgent Supplementary Board", for disposal.
