We have perused the affidavit dated 19th October, 2024 filed by the Senior Police Inspector, Matunga Police Station, wherein the measures for ensuring safety and security of the girl students have been set out. In paragraph 15 of the said affidavit, it has been stated that the foot over bridge falls within the purview of the Railways exclusively. 2.
