On 15th December 2025 we had passed a detailed order in the present proceedings. On the backdrop of what was observed by this Court, today the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the tenants have approached the landlord with a proposal for settlement of the issues and a without prejudice settlement talk is stated to be in progress. In this regard an e-mail is addressed, a copy of which is placed on record.
