Although the petition was disposed of vide Judgment dated 11th March, 2025, the same was kept today for recording compliance of para 13 of the said order.

Vide para 13, we had directed the Assistant Commissioner, F/N Ward, MCGM, to decide the petitioner's Representation as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after giving due hearing to the parties concerned i.e. the petitioner, Abhishek Sawant and the Society i.e. Narottam Niwas Co-operative Housing Society.

Mr. Drupad Patil has tendered order dated 17th April, 2025 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, F/N MCGM. The said order dated 17th April, 2025 is taken on record. From the said order, it appears that the Assistant Commissioner had directed the officer from the MCGM to lodge an FIR with the concerned Police Station. 4.
