This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution is filed praying for the following reliefs:

"a. That a writ of certiorari, writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction be issued calling for the records and after examining the legality and proprieties of the application be ordered and directed respondent No.2 to decide the said application/Jodpatra III dated 21st December, 2015 (Exhibit 'B') within time bound schedule."

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and considering the averments as made in the petition, in our opinion, the application dated 21 December 2015 (Exhibit B) be decided within six weeks from today. 3.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 4.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
