The directions of this Court issued vide orders dated 08th May 2024 and 10th May 2024 have not been complied with. 2.

Accordingly, we direct that that concerned officials of the Corporation and MHADA should inspect the petitioners' premises on 28th June 2024 at 11.00 a.m. and carry out necessary measurement.

Joint report to be filed and served by 2nd July 2024. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

MHADA has complied with our directions about conducting of lottery. Therefore, this grievance of the petitioners no longer survives.

Mr. Singh learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, states that relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the petition will have to be considered.

Accordingly, to consider relief in terms of prayer clause (b), stand over to 12th July 2024.
