In this Petition, the Petitioner, inter-alia, has sought a direction to the Respondents to withdraw the impugned tender dated 16th February 2024.

Mr. Anil Singh, learned Senior Advocate, on instructions, submits that the aforesaid tender has been withdrawn by the Municipal Corporation, Greater Mumbai. In this connection, our attention has been 1/2

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous.
