Learned Additional Government Pleader states that pursuant to the order dated 22nd April, 2024 passed by the Court, the Government has started the process and certain meetings with the responsible officers of the Municipal Corporation are taking place. The learned Addl. Government Pleader has, however, stated that the documents to be submitted on behalf of the Municipal Corporation needs to be given under the signature of the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation.

We understand that on account of burden of work, it may not be possible every time for the Commissioner to personally correspond with the Government and accordingly, we direct that the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation shall authorize an officer on his behalf to make correspondence and participate in the meetings. 3.

We hope and expect that the decision, as expected by the Court, will be taken by the next date.

Stand over to 6th May, 2024. To be listed High on Board.

The interim order granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date of listing.
