This Petition challenges the show cause notice dated 18 July 2023. Admittedly, the show cause notice was adjudicated upon and has resulted in an order dated 09 July 2025. 2.

We have granted the Petitioner liberty to challenge the order dated 09 July 2025 by instituting an Appeal before the CESTAT.

We have also granted the Petitioner liberty to raise all contentions in such Appeal, including the contention that the show cause notice itself was untenable.

Accordingly, this Petition is rendered infructuous, and the interests of the Petitioner are substantially protected by the liberty that we have granted to the Petitioner when disposing of the connected Writ Petition (L) No. 30067 of 2025.
