Learned AG informs this Court that initially there were only two authorities one at Nagpur and other at Aurangabad. Subsequently, two more authorities were appointed at Amravati and Nashik in August 2024 and the members were appointed in February 2025. 2.

It is further submitted that proposal for appointing three additional members at Nashik, Amravati and Aurangabad has been placed before this Court on 10/07/2025 and that the matter is pending at that stage.

In that light, list for further consideration on 15th June 2026, 'High on Board'.

In the meanwhile, reply affidavit be filed before the next date of listing.
