As regards WP(L) No.14558/2024, in continuation of the earlier order, Dr.Chandrachud has submitted before us that he has taken out an Interim Application seeking amendment in the Petition. In the wake of above, Interim Application to be circulated. The learned senior counsel Mr.Sakhare, representing Respondent No.4 would like to file response to the Interim Application. 3.

Since this Petition raise challenge to the candidate who are already appointed and the basis on which they are selected, WP(L) No.14558/2024, be segregated from the group of Petitions, where challenge is made to the recommendations of distinct Respondents on 8 posts.

In the wake of above, Registry to de-tag WP(L) No.14558/2024 alongwith Interim Application.
