We have perused the order dated 27th May, 2026 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Miscellaneous Application No.17121729/2026 in SLP (C) No.17874-17891/2020, Charu K. Mehta & Ors. versus Niket V. Mehta & Ors. By the said order dated 27th May, 2026 the Hon'ble Supreme Court has observed as under :- "We have heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the parties.

We are not inclined to entertain these applications as the order passed by this Court dated 18.05.2026 is very clear and specific.

However, the time sought for completion of pleadings in all the 31 matters listed before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, stands extended by a period of three weeks.

The IA stands dismissed with the aforesaid direction. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications are, dismissed, accordingly.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of." 2.

By consent of the parties, list these Petitions on 18.06.2026 at 3.00 pm.
