Ms Halbe submits that this amendment is required to bring on record certain developments post filing the petition. Since the petition is yet to be admitted and considering the draft amendment proposed, it does not change the nature and character of the petition, leave to amend the petition as per the draft tendered is granted. Amendment to be carried out and copy served on or before 16th April 2024. Ms Goel states that since the draft has been served upon her, by 20 th April 2024 respondents shall file a further affidavit in reply. Petitioner may file a rejoinder dealing with the reply already filed and the further reply to be filed and serve a copy thereof upon the revenue by 30th April 2024.
