DATED:
19th June 2024 PC:- 1.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner now states that there is a dispute with regard to the allotment of 23 units, though previous order refers to 22 units.
2.
The matter was adjourned on the last occasion to enable the SRA and the Developer to obtain instructions. 3.
Learned counsel for the SRA seeks a week's time to obtain instructions.
19th June 2024
(41) WP-1534.24.DOCX 4.
Accordingly, we place this matter on 11th July 2024. 5.
If in the meanwhile the SRA wants to sort out the matter, the SRA must endeavour to do so. In particular, since we had clarified that in so far as other slum dwellers are concerned, there is no embargo on SRA for issuance of the allotment letters, the SRA must consider issuance of allotment letters to some other slum dwellers i.e. slum dwellers other than the slum dwellers concerned with the disputed three units.
6.
Stand over to 11th July 2024.
