Shri.Prashant Chavan, learned Senior Advocate for the Respondent Nos.2,3 and 4 - MIDC, in all fairness submits that an Authority has been constituted by the MIDC to hear Appeals against those desirous persons in respect of those who have been declared ineligible for the benefit of Slums Scheme. Accordingly, a Grievance Satish Sangar 1/2

7-WP-1593-2025.doc Redressal Committee has been constituted at the Head Office of MIDC at Andheri-MIDC.

In such view of the matter, it is open for the Petitioners to file complaint / representation / grievance before the said Grievance Redressal Committee. If the grievance is made within a period of 2 weeks from today, we request the Committee to expeditiously look into the grievance and decide the same on its own merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the grievance. 3.
