Reference ought to have been made to the order dated 04/09/2020. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered a copy of the communication dated 04/09/2020 which is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. Leave granted to the Petitioner to correct the prayer clause. 3] It is the grievance of the Petitioner that the directions issued by the 3rd Respondent are not being complied with by the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
