Since an alternate remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal is available to the petitioner, the learned counsel representing her seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition so as to avail such remedy.

The time spent in this Court from 08/02/2024 till today shall be taken into consideration by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal while considering challenge to the order dated 12/10/2023 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
