The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Collector is considering the aforesaid representation and the representative of the Housing Society was granted an hearing. He further submits that the said representation would be considered in

In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the petitioner's representation dated 4th July 2022 be considered by the Collector in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks on receiving copy of this order.

In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the outcome of that exercise, it is free to take further steps in the matter. 4.
