After we heard this matter for some time, we are of the view that the DGCA and Air India ought to file their Affidavit in Reply to the above Writ Petition. They are directed to file their Affidavits in Reply within a period of two weeks from today. If the Petitioner wants to rely upon any documents, they too are at liberty to do so, by bringing those documents on AUGUST 30, 2024 S.R.JOSHI
