Ms. Chavan states within three weeks, an affidavit in reply will be filed to oppose the petition. There are certain averments in the petition recording what transpired during the personal hearing that was granted on 4th October 2023 and on 7th November 2023. Ms. Chavan states the concerned Collector, who was holding office, shall also file affidavit in reply to deal with statements which were attributable to that individual. Affidavit shall be filed and copy served by 11th October 2024.

Mr. Pandey states that respondent no.5 has expired and has provided the details of legal heirs to the petitioner's advocate 2-3 days ago. Mr. Godbole tenders draft amendment to bring on record the legal heirs along with consequential amendment to the petition. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
