The challenge in this Petition to the action of BMC in granting approvals to the 4th Respondent for redeveloping the property which is the subject matter of this Petition. 2.

Accordingly, the BMC is directed to file its affidavit responding to the various allegations in this Petition. Ms Puri learned counsel for the BMC states that such affidavit will be filed
