1) Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 on instructions from Mr. Arun Sharma, representative of Respondent No.4 submitted that, as per the certified area statement of the Petitioners, the Petitioners are entitled for 337 and 352 sq. ft. of carpet area in the proposed building. He submitted that, plan of the said building has been submitted to the Corporation on 2 nd May 2026.

DTG 36-Wp-1953-2024.doc 1.1) Learned counsel on instructions further submitted that, in the event, the Respondent No.4 avails additional benefit under the new Development Control and Promotion Regulation 2034 (DCPR 2034), the benefit arriving thereof, as may be permissible in law will be extended to the Petitioners. That, if the Petitioners approach Respondent No.4 within a period of two weeks from today, Respondent No.4 will execute Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement (PAAA) within a period of six weeks from today. The said statement is accepted. The grievance of the Petitioners, as of today does not survive.

2) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
