1.
This batch of Petitions in which the prayers are similar, are being disposed of by this common order. The prayers as made in the lead Petition is required to be noted, which reads thus:
a) That a writ of certiorari, writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction be issued calling for the records and after examining the legality and proprieties of the application, be ordered and directed respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application dated 18th April 2023, within time bound schedule.
2.
We may also record that the grievance of some of Petitioners apart from eligibility is also in regard to their application being not decided, in regard to their grievances in relation to the scheme in question.
3.
At the outset learned counsel for the Respondent No.4 has stated that insofar as Petitioners in Writ Petition No.2253/2024 is concerned their eligibility is already decided on 7th July 2023, and hence such Petition is not required to be adjudicated. The copy deciding the eligibility in favour of the Petitioner is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Thus, the Writ Petition No.2253/2024, is disposed of as infructuous .
4.
Insofar as other Petitions are concerned, it appears that proceedings in regard to the determination are pending consideration of the Competent Authority. Let the Competent Authority hear all the parties including the developer, as also the Society and decide the Petitioners application for eligibility and/or certain other issues with regard to the scheme, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 4 weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed before the Competent Authority. Accordingly Writ Petition No.2028/2024, Writ Petition No.2033/2024, Writ Petition No.2220/2024, Writ Petition No.2248/2024, Writ Petition No. 2301/2024 and Writ Petition No.2436/2024, are disposed of in these terms.
5.
All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 6.
No costs.
