Their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates. The authority letter issued by Respondent No.5 in favour of Mr.Rahul Dharod, authorised signatory of Respondent No.5, is annexed to the said Minutes of 1/2

The statements made and undertaking given by Respondent No.5 are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. The Minutes of Consent Terms are taken on record.
