In the above Writ Petition, an order was initially passed on 29th April, 2024 granting ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause d(ii) till the returnable date. For the sake of convenience, the said prayer clause is reproduced hereunder:

"d.(ii) stay the effect and/or implementation and/or operation of the Impugned Order passed by Respondent No.2 and to restrain the Respondent No.2, its servants, agents and any JUNE 10, 2024 Laxmi

15 WP 2265-24.doc person claiming through or under Respondent No.2 from taking any action whatsoever on the basis of the Impugned Order;"

Today when the matter is called out, the learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 [Karnataka Bank Ltd.], sought time to file an affidavit in reply to the above Writ Petition. 3.

Acceding to her request, we direct that the affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 24th June, 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on the Advocates for the Petitioner. 4.

Place the above Writ Petition on board on 1st July, 2024, under the caption 'for admission'.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier in terms of prayer clause d(ii) shall continue until further orders.
