This petition seeks a direction for transmission of bonds held by Manoj Zaverchand Dedhia and Manoj Zaverchand Dedhia HUF prior to his renouncing the world on 20th November 2022. On the same day, an application cum affidavit was made for effecting the transmission of the bond and same was filed with Respondent No.3-Bank. On 27th April 2023, the Respondent No.3-Bank sought various clarifications in connection with the said request. The said clarifications were replied on 22nd May 2023 by Mrs. Chhaya Manoj Dedhia and Mrs. Nirmala Zaverchand Dedhia. However, there is no response thereafter by Respondent No.3-Bank on the said issue.

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, returnable on 27th June 2024. Ms. Amin, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No.1.
