Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the area of the shops being offered as and by way of alternate accommodation is much lesser than what they are entitled. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the measurement of the shops be carried out jointly by the officers of MHADA and the Corporation. The measurements to be carried out by the next date. A report be submitted.
