Mr. Takke appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3 raises a preliminary objection of alternate remedy and requests three weeks time to file affidavit in reply and serve a copy thereof. Time granted. If other respondents wish to file any reply, they may do so within three weeks from today. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and copy served within two weeks thereafter.
There is also interim application taken out by petitioner for leave to amend the petition in view of the developments post filing the petition.

Therefore, keeping open all rights and contentions to be raised in the affidavit in reply to be filed, leave to amend, as per the schedule annexed to the interim application, is granted. Amendment to be carried out and copy of amended petition to be served within two weeks from today. The time to file affidavit in reply will begin after the amended petition is served.
