Ms. Chavan states that letter dated 29th July 2024 addressed to petitioner stands withdrawn forthwith. Ms. Chavan also expresses regret for referring in the letter to what transpired in the Court. Ms. Chavan also seeks leave to withdraw a letter dated 7th August 2024 addressed to petitioner which Mr. Shah states that he has not received in any case. Statement accepted.

Mr. Shah states that in view of the contents of the letter dated 29th July 2024, he be permitted to withdraw his statement recorded in paragraph 4 of the order dated 26th July 2024. We permit Mr. Shah to withdraw the same.

Stand over to 23rd September 2024. Interim relief to continue till 30th September 2024.
