As it is contended on behalf of the Petitioner that the proceedings would stand covered by the decision of the Supreme Court in Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, New Delhi v. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.1, as also followed by the recent decision of this Court in Uber India Systems Private Limited Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Income & Ors. (Writ Petition (l.) No.2356 of 2024), itt is urged that the Petition be disposed of finally at the stage of admission.

We would intend that the parties place on record a proper list of dates along with broad propositions two days prior to the adjourned date of 1 [2019] 107 taxmann.com 375 (SC), 22 October, 2024
