The Petitioner challenges order dated 23 October 2023 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, K-West Ward, Mumbai, by which a recovery certificate under provisions of Section 154 B-29 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 is issued. 2.

There is a remedy of filing revision before the Divisional Joint Registrar. In that view of the matter, the present Petition cannot be entertained. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

The time spent on prosecuting the Petition shall be considered for the purpose of condonation of delay in pursuing the alternate remedy.
