Mr Karande states that the 5th Respondent has been privately served and even an Affidavit of Service has been filed. However, ASHWINI GAJAKOSH there is no appearance on behalf of the 5th Respondent. Before, we pass any further orders, issue notice to the 5th Respondent, ASHWINI H GAJAKOSH Date: 2024.07.11 12:13:04 +0530 returnable on 9th August 2024.

The BMC must explain why, till date, the Petitioner has not been granted Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement 10th July 2024

12-OSWP-2512-2024.DOC ("PAAA") or paid transit compensation if, as claimed by the Petitioner, the Petitioner is entitle for the same. Similarly, even the 5th Respondent, who is a developer appointed by the BMC should also file an Affidavit about the status of redevelopment and also reasons, if any, why no transit rent is paid to the Petitioner. Such Affidavit should be file and serve on or before 31st July 2024. 4.

List the matter on 9th August 2024.
