Mr Godbole on behalf of the BMC submits that the notice issued by the petitioners is premature. However, the BMC is willing to acquire the petitioners' property by offering TDR. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he would obtain instructions on whether this matter could be sorted out by the petitioners accepting TDR.
