By order dated 14th October 2025, we had directed the Revenue to file their affidavit in reply on or before 29th October 2025 and serve a copy of the same on the advocates for the Petitioner. The Petitioner was also given liberty to file affidavit in rejoinder on or before 6th November 2025. That is how the matter was kept before us today.

Today when the matter is called out, Ms. Iyer apologizes that the reply is not yet ready and requests for a further time. As a last chance, we NOVEMBER 11, 2025 Aswale
12.wp.2747.25.doc direct that the affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed on or before 20th November 2025 and a copy of the same shall be served on the advocates for the Petitioner. If the Petitioner wants to file any affidavit in rejoinder, they may do so on or before 24th November 2025 and serve a copy of the same on Ms. Iyer appearing for the Revenue.

We now place this matter on 24th November 2025. 4.
We put the parties to notice that we may dispose of the Writ Petition on the next date, time permitting.

It is needless to clarify that ad-interim relief as granted by order dated 14th October 2025 shall continue until further orders. 6.
